How much fat is too much?
Fat loss is my current goal. I do weight training 4 times per week for approx. 30-40 mins, and cardio 3 times per week for 30-40 mins. I have a back injury right now, so lifting is very light and cardio is elliptical or walking. Should be back to lifting heavier in about a month. Is there too much fat in my diet?

No. If your daily caloric intake is within acceptable parameters, it won't really matter how much fat you have in your diet. Unless its like, 170 grams of fat and 0 grams of protein. For fat loss, its usually better to have higher fat and lower carbs anyway.

I was only agreeing with the first part, as for carbs on a cut, that depends on how your body responds to it...I removed the "debatable" portion that I quoted.

I agree with everyone. Your macro breakdown looks realy good. I carb cycle, and I have been losing fat very quickly, and I eat anywhere between 80 and 150 grams of fat per day.

I agree w/ everybody here on this as well. Fat doesn't necessarily make you fat, unless you eat a lot of it, but that goes for just about anything.
