I don't use steroids yet but I have question about acne problems. I have problem from time to time with breakouts on my chest and back and was wondering if anyone could please tell me their secret for acne control. It seemed that tanning helped but I worry about skin damage!

you have to get clean and then stay clean. when you come home from working out immediately wipe your shoulders down with something. I use that clean n clear pinkish stuff but I know people that use straight alcohol. every few days I use that apricot crub stuff that every girl has in the shower and I scrub my shoulders and chest and that seems to keep me clear....
most people just arent clean enough.
my GF works at a tanning place and she says that as long as you use a quality lotion it wont hurt your skin....

Alcohol always works like he said! I would avoid using it on your face, because alcohol dries out your face and makes you look old. Tanning lotion will surely help with tanning to keep that acne off! If it is still a major problem, look to maybe getting acutane which will clear up almost anything!!!

I just bought this stuff for my girlfriend and it cleared her up in about three days. It's the Sam's Club version of "Pro-Active" (Walmart probably carries it too). I think it was $25 for a 1 month supply.
I've never seen anything work so well.

my acne is usually non-existent for first 6+ weeks of cycle because I feel like my levels are the most stable...towards the end and esp. during pct and after is when its the worst - I hate it!

I never have any acne but when I cycle I usually end up w/ one or two MONSTERS on my face at some point. I'm talking Krakatoa, east of Java here. People ask if I got poked w/ something because it looks like an injury.
Aromasin seems to help a lot but they still manage to find their way somehow.
