Just wondering how many times a week everyone here works there abs....and for how long. what excercises do you do? Just trying to figure out where I shoudl start.....been working out a month and still haven't really done abs yet so gotta find a place to start.

I do it every other day on a 5 day split. So three times weekly. I'd suggest if you're just starting out to get a swiss ball. Crunches on these are killer, and you can raise a knee to your chest to work the lower abs. Once you have a solid foundation I'd recommend adding weights to your ab exercises so they can grow. Rope crunches are good, or hold a weight on a decline bench and do crunches. Don't add any weights for oblique exercises though.

i got a 3 day split so i do mine tues, thurs, and sat. i do crunches and broom twists to warm up a bit. then i do weighted crunches holding the plate behind my head, um legs raises, oblique crunches, hanging knee leg raise i think it's called and thats about it. i hate weighted decline situps because it hurts my neck
i suggest you start with crunches and leg. if you want more you can just look on the exercises index. i wouldn't do oblique exercises for a while.
