Empty stomach preWO ?

There are a certain number of supps that have to be taken pre-WO on an empty stomach. I mean, if you do want to have enough energy for your whole workout, aren't you supposed to have eaten like at least 1or 2 hours before ? In that case, how can you ever have stomach empty pre-WO ?

Thx

I always have a preworkout meal about 2 hours before my workout, no matter what supplement I am taking. As a bodybuilder, we never really should have "empty" stomaches. I would say give yourself around an hour to 45 minutes after your meal to take supplements that need an empty stomach. The reason they say take on an empty stomach is because food may slow the absorbtion. If you dont feel like the supps are hitting fast enough, you could try moving your meal back a little.

Exactly. I think that's the best way to do it.
