    Jump Rope Workouts

    Does anyone have a good workout? I am doing HIIT training 3-4 times a week but I want to add something different and I have a jump rope. So does anyone have a routine?

    there really is no routine, Jumping Rope is a great aerboci workout and that alsong with you HIT cardio will help you drop the fat quikcly. I suggest going all out for at least 45 second. Do about 10 sets of that. if it is too easy get a weight jump rope
