It's around 9.85 ounces, and I use a cast iron grill pan right on my stove. Tastes almost exactly like the regular grill, but I don't have to out into the frozen tundra we call Buffalo, NY to cook it.

3. and what is the caloric value/protien/carbs/fat found in that?

I got it as 190/29/0/7 (as seen in the above order) does that sound right?

100 grams is actually only about 3.5 ounces there is 28 grams in an ounce so 100 divided by 28 is about 3.5 and for caloric value for 3.5 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast im guessing that is the kind of chicken you are talking about it is 160 calories 3 grams of fat 0 carbs and 30 protein

5. remember, there is a difference between measuring your chicken before cooking and measuring your chicken after cooking.

go to calorieking.com, you will see that they have measurements for both. just measure it before cooking.

Your absolutely right, see what happens when you haven't used drugs in a while, you forget the metric system .
