    It's around 9.85 ounces, and I use a cast iron grill pan right on my stove. Tastes almost exactly like the regular grill, but I don't have to out into the frozen tundra we call Buffalo, NY to cook it.

    and what is the caloric value/protien/carbs/fat found in that?

    100 grams is actually only about 3.5 ounces there is 28 grams in an ounce so 100 divided by 28 is about 3.5 and for caloric value for 3.5 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast im guessing that is the kind of chicken you are talking about it is 160 calories 3 grams of fat 0 carbs and 30 protein

    go to calorieking.com, you will see that they have measurements for both. just measure it before cooking.
