you dont need finger and hand strength as a wide out. you need hand-eye coordination and to not be afraid of the ball.took a long time off. starting over.
weight - 182lbs

I think hand-eye coordination are very important also, and at the highschool level thats probably what you need to get better at, but hand strength will get more important as you get into college. The ball comes alot faster and if you want to make those shoe string catches you need strong hands.
Plate holds- take three ten pound plates and hold them together as long as you can, then repeat once or twice
Wrist rolls- its pretty much a stick with a rope attatched to it and a wieght at the other end of the rope, you stick your arms out and roll the stick until the weight is up to the top.
