Elevated Push ups; Whens too much?

I do elevated push ups on handles a lot during a chest day, between every set actually. I've been keeping my feet elevated up onto the bench as well. it's now getting to the point that pumping off 10 push ups after each set of chest i do, isn't an issue. It's not from a lack of a workout on the previous exercise either. i've been thinking on increasing my feet elevation to distribute more weight to my upper body, thus adding more weight while doing the pushups? though you generally push 60%-80% of your body weight anyways(roughly). so would this further elevation really add enough to make a difference, or just be a waste/counter-productive for any reasons?
I wanna lift heavy things for lengthy periods.

You could try placing one hand on a medicine ball or stabilizing ur feet on a exercise ball or bosu ball. those will help get your core involved in those exercises.

Or try getting resistance bands to add more resistance to the pushups.
