Bad abs can really mess up a physique.

I've been tracking my workout progress with pics, and I can't believe how much abs or the lack thereof could make your whole physique look bad. Has any1 noticed.

Anyways...for lacking bodyparts do any of you concentrate strictly on those particular muscle groups, and how often do you change your routines?

LOL.

Abs are funny. With them you can be a wimp and everyone will say "hey, he looks in good shape", without them you can bench 400lbs and people will just say "that's a big mother****er who needs to hit the gym".

Abs ... gotta love em. ehhehe.

My distended gut makes me look fat with a shirt on.....even though they're visible when I'm nekkid

(Well.....when my BF's a bit lower than it is at the moment )

crooked abs are due to genetics. But sometimes when you do abs unbalanced they become like that.

It's just genetics, like saying "how can I avoid having size 10 feet?

The tendons separating the "portions" of the rectus abdominis can't be altered, at least not naturally.
