Does anyone know any ways to shoot bigger loads or longer loads? I want to start shooting loads like a pornstar more often. I can only seem to do it every few times. Are there any techniques or excersises or anything that can help with this? How do the pornstars do it? Just thought this would be a question a lot of guys would want to know.

I don't do anything anymore really. I used to take Arginine caps and a multivitamin but I don't even take those at the moment.

Limit masturbation to about once per week, for me, that's ideal you see. I workout in the week Monday-Friday and I also PE Monday-Friday. So my weekends are just free to sing Kumbayah!

I take 3 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed on an empty stomach. Just in supplements I take 90mg. I haven't looked at how much my diet has, but I'm sure theres a good quanity there too. I also take 2 626 mg pills of tribulus (again, I can't actually say this helps my load size, but I take both at the same time, so i can't tell), one in the morning, one at night.
