Yard work is also a great workout

Moving logs around has given me largershoulders and the muscles on the sides of my chest. This does body build, and raking gives you a nice toned body. I would also recommend this to. This takes time and I would recommend taking a mp3 player or cd player with you but I've seen results with this method to.

Dude it works great seriously move logs around on day like non stop the the next rake and get cut it works great.

One of the best yard work-outs I ever did was digging a hole for a tree. 4 feet across and 3 feet deep. One sovel, one wheel barrel, 6 hours.

Also, try cutting a 3 foot (across) tree down with an 8 pound ax. Good stuff.
