Hey,
Well im having a real problem getting all these meals stuffed in, i only have time for 3 meals really, but if i took a couple of portein shakes in between, do they count as meals?, and fruit, like a banana, does that count as a meal? (sounds stupid, but everyone says to have lots of small meals, so im not sure)
cheers

They could but whey protein is a very fast absorbing protein. It should really only be used pre/post-workout.
As for your question on small meals, if you add cottage cheese to the fruit or some almonds then yeah, that could be considered a small meal."Courage isn't an absense of fear but a means of dealing with it."-Nelson Mandela
