ZMA - Will it make us teens grow taller?

ZMA and ZMass both increase testosterone, and IGF-1 levels.

IGF-1 (insulin like growth factor 1) is what HGH turns into, making your bones grow longer.

Us teens who are still growing, will taking ZMA or ZMASS add a few inches??

(Did anyone grow faster or taller after taking ZMA??)

a few inches, no. Noticeable as compared to control group? We won't know until some new methods of controls are found... cloning cough cough.

It should restore low testosterone levels, from zinc deficiency, back to normal, not increase them. I don't know if the slight increase that it causes will cause enough skeletal calcium retention to cause vertical growth.

your height is predetermined by your genetics. Even if you had to take shots of GH it wouldn't make you taller(unless you have a GH deficiency). Taking ZMA will not make you any taller.

i am sure injecting GH when still growing, will cause a height increase. in fact, why the hell wouldnt it? u gt any proof or scientfic arguement buddy?

You won't grow anymore if your ephiphyseal plates in he long bones have prematurely fused.

GH is clinically used to stimulate linear growth in adolescents.

I assume GH is very dangerous to take? If I went to a doctor and asked him for GH would he laugh in my face or what?

no, he would say, are you under 5-4? Are you still growing? Is your lack of height posing a health risk? Doctors are payed not to laugh. Its his job.
