Chicken salads, whole-wheat bread sandwiches, peanut butter, home-made protein bars, tuna sandwiches, sprinklings of parmesan cheese on chicken breasts, cottage cheese mixed with whey protein and olive oil, lean steaks... The possibilities, sir, are endless.

I got this on a board somewhere and it worked good for me.
I bought a bunch of chicken breasts and cooked them all up. I keep them in a container in the fridge. Whenever I am hungry or want to eat a bit more, I just go in and grab one and eat it cold. Works good for me in a "snack chips" sort of way. I don't know if you were looking for something sweet though.

PB and celery, or any other green veggie.
