    I got this on a board somewhere and it worked good for me.

    I bought a bunch of chicken breasts and cooked them all up. I keep them in a container in the fridge. Whenever I am hungry or want to eat a bit more, I just go in and grab one and eat it cold. Works good for me in a "snack chips" sort of way. I don't know if you were looking for something sweet though.

    bump on sodium. combine "snack" with "protein" and salt/preservatives is almost guaranteed.

    i like 2 slices cheese melted on one slice whole wheat toast (preferably reduced sodium)...takes 5 minutes

    PB and celery, or any other green veggie.

    try avocados in your chicken recipes for extra good fats and a big helping of YUM.

    introduce yourself to tupperware and you'll have a new best friend in bodybuilding.

    My vote goes to jerky also. It's pretty easy to make your own, that way you can control the sodium.
