sourdough bread

i eat tons of bread all day, is that good for me? will i atleast benefit from it, or should i stop eating so much?

I love Sara Lee's Delightful Wheat or SL Del. Whole Grain Wheat

i would stay away from breads with bleached flour.

i eat a few slices of rye or wheat toast every day.

I can't get enough rye and whole wheat bread. After eating whole wheat for almost a year I can't even eat white bread anymore. I eat a ton of bread but I try to be smart about it. I just incorporate it as a carb source for my meals, especially breakfast and lunch, later on in afternoon and evening I don't eat much bread.

Like most things, it all depends on how you go about it.
