begining bodybuilder in virginia

Hi I live in northern virginia i am new to bodybuilding I am in shape trying to bulk up I want to do my first show in november or december of this year. I am looking for male or female bodybuilders to workout with and to get help with posing and just to get some pointers i want to do all the right things so the best way is to ask people who have knowlege and who have been there and done that. I live in herndon Virginia and i work In ashburn Virginia as a personal trainer but there are no bodybuilders at my gym. Any help is greatly appreciated

too bad ur not down here in staunton which is about 2.5 hours south of you
