I think i scared everyone doing olympic lifts and a multitude of other things I consider very basic (the equipment/layout at a big box gyms is horrible) but the average person has no friggin clue about.
sadly, its turning into a sweat gym and i am half tempted to try and get a job as a trainer there cos im hurtin that bad for $
