I've been playing on a dodgeball team for the last few weeks. After each nite of dodgeball.. my arm is extremely sore. I have a pretty intense pain just above the elbow for a few days. It hurts to lift biceps during those days.
I have a sort of side arm throw...
Is there any way to strengthen my arm and make it mroe suitable for throwing a dodgeball?

Definitely ice and fix your mechanics. Try three-quarters or over the top. Sidearm is a ticket to pain.
I wish they had dodgeball leagues around my area, although maybe there are some around here and I am too lazy to look. In college I am definitely joining a dodgeball intramural club. That and coed water polo... you can guess why.
