I realize that you need a lot BF to be able ot see your abs. I don't necessarily need to see the abs, but I seem to carry excess fat on my abs and can't seem to get rid of it.

I eat very clean with adequate fiber and low carbs and about 115-160g protein.
I lift full body 3 days/week
I do cardio 3 days/week HIIT for 20-25 minutes. I was doing 3 days/week for 45-60 minutes Spinning and running, but found i was losing muscle mass.
