    Oatmeal Amino Acid Profile

Anyone know where I can get the amino acid profile for Oatmeal? I am just curious what amino acids are most prevalent in oatmeal over other types of grains.

That's about on par with the kids who don't count vegetables.

If you're going to count calories, count incomplete proteins too. It's not like your body doesn't process them, or use them for anabolic purposes.

    Sheesh.

It's cool, I don't count the calories I eat with my eyes closed.

That way I can binge on Ben & Jerry's with the blinders on and not gain an ounce of fat.

LMAO! I like to cut my cheat meals in half. Since there's half the food, it's got half the calories, so I can eat twice as much!
