Can anyone help me. I'm 5'11 and weigh 164. My abs are the only bad part of me. They are the only thing i have a problem with. I have 6.5% bodyfat and if i lean back I can see them but if im just standing up, they suck (i can see them a little). Can anyone give me any tips please!

maybe you're training them too frequently? do you do them very often because they're your weak point?
my bf is climbing right now (i'm estimating anywhere between 15-18%) because i'm not on a team for the first time in a while and my cardio has been cut back a lot, plus i've been bulking. yet as you can tell from my pictures i can still produce a solid set of abs. they're pretty thick, and personally i can't wait to cut b/c i've always been able to put mass on my abs, with minimal weight training in fact. i do mostly bodyweight exercises for abs.
i know kids with terribly low bf who can't even produce a full 6-pack. everyone tells you "it's there" under the fat but that doesn't mean you'll have buldging abs with low bf.

^agreed. the "height weight" thing does not work. if you do weighted crunches and 2 other machines, chances are.. you either have poor genetics, or you have too high a body fat. my advice would be to do the following exercises.
Captains char.
Crunches
and reverse situps.
-add some twist with the crunch , for obliques
