    High intensity, low volume

I was wondering if packing alot of weight and using good form for 2 sets instead of 3 sets per chest exercise was just as good, if not better? I'm looking to fill out my chest and shoulders more before the end of this bulk, I think I'm just getting chunky and want to end strong and cut. Give me ya comments.

Here is a high intensity program that works to build mass Pre Exhaustion Training. By using the pre exhaustion technique it relies more on intensity and less on volume.

Best best is medium intensity and volume. This give the best mass gains. Stick around 3 or 4 sets of 8-10

That pre-exhaustion method makes sense to me. When I do my decline db presses, my arms are struggling during the exercise, while my chest barely feels a thing. Thanks for the info!
