I was wondering if packing alot of weight and using good form for 2 sets instead of 3 sets per chest exercise was just as good, if not better? I'm looking to fill out my chest and shoulders more before the end of this bulk, I think I'm just getting chunky and want to end strong and cut. Give me ya comments.

Here is a high intensity program that works to build mass Pre Exhaustion Training. By using the pre exhaustion technique it relies more on intensity and less on volume.
