I've been power lifting for a couple of years now, and i am wicked strong and decent sized, but my only problem is im to chunky. I used to way about 230 lbs and i went down to about 150 can someone say excess skin. im about 185 right now and i just cant seem to get the cuts i need to compete or even look really defined ive tried a lot of things they just dont seem to work. So, can someone please give me some tips to become competition ready because i am really having trouble.
