Since its hard to me to gain muscle with more than enough protein, I started taking in more carbs. Primarily healthy such as potatoes, and whole grain breads.
However, I started jamming on fruits, noodles (nudles?), yogurt, and other semil healthy high calorie foods.
Adding those semi-healthy carbs gave me 10lbs of weight in 3 weeks. I don't think its all fat weight.
I can see how certain carbs are unhealthy when it comes to cutting, but what about bulking? Wouldn't you want every carb calorie whether its processed or not?

Certain carbs are bad because they cause your body to overract and create too much insulin. This can cause fat gain and can also cause you to feel hungry again much sooner than you normally would and we all know over-eating causes fat gain. That's a scientific fact.
Remember that bulking is about gaining MUSCLE weight, not fat. Don't get it confused.http://www.alanaragon.com/
