o ****, i just have their whey protein, tastes like **** if u use 2 scoops, and it only has 19g protein per scoop, i would not recommend any of their supplements at all, u would be better off at the GNC...lol

NO! don't stick to GNC, GNC is ****...overpriced **** is all it is, buy from here or other sources online...and if u do have another nutrition store near u, u can check that out...

i have a friend whos on it now and he loves it 4 servings for the first 5 days and 2 for how ever long u wanna take it its basically celltech like 30 grams of dextrose and 5 grams of creatine mono and 1g of taurine he tried just straight mono and didnt get anythoing from it i actually would reccomend this

If it says creatine monohydrate who are we to think it is not? hehe
But if you are serious, you might look into at very least micronized creatine monohydrate (less bloating/problems in the gut, supposedly more effective due to the smaller particles), or look into the various new creatine products out there you can find online.

wal mart supps are ****. my bro took some and hated it all. ill stick to GNC, even though they are sometimes overpriced, and of course bodybuilding.com
