the kind of squats you do when you hold the barbell in front of you with your arms crossed...
im thinking of adding this exercise to my workout plan but i was wondering what muscles they work...i know its a little more upper body involved....
also, just wondering if anyone has any form advice i should concentrate on...i never tried this exercise before...
will this exercise make me stronger in some other exercises?
any information would be helpful
