Alright, this is my God knows how many log I've made so far, but I know it's a lot. Well... I decided to make another log because I actually miss doing so, and I want to see if there's anymore improvement. It's kinda odd that everytime i do a log, I do see some sort of increase in my workout and then when I stop making log, I don't see that much increase. Well, I hope that all changes.. Here are my stats..
Weight: 164lb
Deadlift (Raw): 575lb
Olympic Squat: 45lb
Bench Press: 375lb (Notice how I went down in my bench press from my previous log.. That was mainly because my shoulder was hurt and I stop depending on NO X-plode).
Anyways... yeah, I'm back in making logs in BB.com forum I guess... I've been playing way too many damn Final Fantasy XI

.. God, I'm such a nerd now. I might have to seriously start playing FFXI less now.
