ok i need some help and i mean i need help
ok do not tell me to eat 4-8 times a day it don't work 4 me i eat 6am-9:30 am-12pm-2:30 pm-5pm it don't work for me i need a heavy work out after i eat heavy 3x a day i have some pics of my front body plz someone has to know wht they are talking about and tell me wht to do so don't go and say eat many times a day it don't work!!!

if you eat in excess you gain. multiple meals a day are strictly for metabolism issues. Hit your macros, make sure you atleast have solid pre/post WO nutrition and you should be good to go.
I love the teen section.

ok i eat more than a fat man can eat i train 6days a week bench/deadlift/arm curl and weighted crunch and squat 6 days a week and i eat alot i see nothing but skin and bones

Ok, clearly bulk. But that doesn't necessarily mean 4-8 meals a day. As said, that is for metabolism mainly. How many calories a day are you eating? How many are you expending while working out? Figure 250-500 calories over your maintanence level and you should be putting on about a pound or so a week.

im only jst startin as well but comon u cant train 6 x a week ur giving no time for ur muscles to grow and recover everyother day or train a complety different body part the next day
if u struggling to gain weight i suggest go gnc and cop sum weight gainer, ur daily intake of calories shud be like 400 but stick to lean meats e.t.c

youre routine seriously sucks, eat atleast 6X a day, eating often is not only for metabolism, but youre body can only absorb a certain amount of nutrients in 1 meal, try a routine like rippetoes or bill starr's 5X5
