I have looked through the forums for a few questions I've been looking for and most of them we're answered but a few.
I usually do a normal routine of 6-9 reps, 3 sets normal day split of back, chest, legs, etc. I feel this way of training for me has just plateud. I've broken the plateus before but not I feel like I am just stuck. This is when i've turned to Powerlifting, I don't so much care to look like a modern day greek god (this reps for jesus!) but more into powerlifting.
I've looked at some programs and its pretty standard Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat but doesn't incorporate a clean and press which I wanted to do aswell. I just want to be strong as f*ck.
What im wondering is, anyone recommend some programs? (pre made or your own)? Would love to have a read of them. Any tips, tricks?
