Hi, I'm 6,2 and 255 pounds roughly, with a large frame, whats the best way for me to cut away the fat, so i can start to bulk up.
i would eventually like to look like this

I was near the same as you early this summer, 6'2 250LBS. I joined up with a gym and since then have dropped 25lbs to 225. My diet over the summer was far from good. I made sure i didn't have chips, burgers ect but i didn't actully cut calories on purpose. If you really want to drop it down to a low BF% you'll have to have a very strict diet and hit the gym a lot with weights and cardio. I have plateaued right now and am going to change my diet as soon as i head back to school and live on my own in hopes to drop down to 200 LBS 15% bf.
