Cardio! On am empty stomach or not?
First off I love cardio. At my age I need alot of it.
Anyway I have read that some articles saying do it on an empty stomach and some say have a protein shake first?
For the last 9 months I usually just have a class of water with some Lipo 6 before I hit the cardio. On my last session I made a half of a protein shake. I seemed to have more energy?
I guess the story is that if you eat you burn off that first before the fat?
Any comments on this?
