Fastest Program to Reduce Body Fat but Maintain Weight

I'm 6'2 235 and trying to reduce my body fat percentage while staying 235 before spring football practice. Can anyone help me with a good program that lasts about 2-3 months so I can take off about 20-30 pounds of fat?

20-30 pounds of fat in 2-3 months equals 10 pounds a month of fat loss, or about 2.5 pounds a week. Not likely without serious gear (and Clen/T3) or significant muscle loss. I would shoot for a more realistic progression, and let practice/workouts take care of the rest. For a FB player, since you need to maintain (or hopefully increase) strength/performance levels, I would say any more than a pound a week (and that's pushing it) will leave you with poor strength levels. Check out the losing fat section, and next time be more careful with your diet.

To maximize fat loss you'll want interval running about 20 minutes in time, 3 times a week with pure strength training 3 times a week to minimize strength/muscle loss. Since you're training for football, keep your routine a fullbody approach or if you feel like experimenting do a upper body strength/lower body strength/full body explosive.
