If you're really worried about it, cycle your use of creatine and NO products. If you really are urinating every few minutes and it seems abnormaly, go to a doctor, doubt anyone here can help you much with that. Personally I think creatine and Whey Protein is enough, as long as you work hard and eat the results will come.

First off, get rid of the NO product, it's ****. Get your preworkout energy from food.
Postworkout is fine, and get about 2-3 protein shakes in during the day, along with a good diet, of course.
How much water are you drinking? Don't drink too much. For you, I'd say get about 8-9oz of water for each hour you're awake.United States Air Force DEP - BMT 10 Aug 09
