I need some help. my first competition is in five days. i was wondering if anyone can can help me with things that i should be doing in the next five days so that i am fully prepared come competition time. The two biggest things i need help with are the proper ways to dehydrate, and recommended foods for competition day so i don't look or feel bloated. any other important tips or suggestions will be very much appreciated! thank you.

you should be carb depleting right now. you should also be doing full body workouts with an extremely high rep range (from 20-25 reps). this will help rid your body of all the glycogen. stop sodium intake 3 days before and also start cutting water at this time. 1 gallon 2 and 3 days before, half gallon the day before. the day of the show, eat a lite breakfast like some pancakes-no syrup. make sure you are taking a diuretic also to help cut water.
