One of my buddys who has been lifting for about 3 years told me that when a muscle is getting bigger it is common for some acne on that affected area, Ive started squatting recently and noticed zits on my thighs and ive also been hitting my chest and abs harder and am braking out there too
so is there any truth behind this?
