Does anyone know how much a pint of semi skimmed milk is, or can give a rough estimate. Its 3.4g per 100 ml but I have no idea how much ml is in a Pint.
Edit: Dont worry I found it, 1 Pint of semi skimmed milk = 19.4g protein if any1 wants to know.

560 something mls in a pint....so 3.4*5.6=19grams of protein approximately.
