Im currently cutting, but I think I am going insane from this low carbing business. I need to throw in carbs somewhere, to help me get through the day. I was thinking of adding whole wheat pasta just once during the day. Would this be detrimental?

Keep carbs at 1 gram per lb of lean mass....
I am in precontest now. I am tired but still get a decent pump. I keep my carbs at 200-250 grams a day. Any less than this and I cant keep up my heavy workouts. Cutting carbs out will just slow your body metabolism down. Everyone has a different threshold...find yours thru some trial and error. If your getting weaker, add more carbs. If your not dropping 1 lb a week, drop some carbs.
