Greetings all - I am a newbie to this forum and I am seeking your advice. I am 43 years old and relaively in good shape after I lost nearly 35 pounds of FAT following a decent diet and excersise regiment. Although I am tonned but I would like to bulk up a little (nothing freaky). I am 6' and currently weigh 190 lbs. What supplements do you recommend for me to increase my strength and subsequently add more muscle mass.
I currently do take ON Whey, CLA, L-Glutamine, MultiV and EFAs.
You feedback is appreciated.

Since your main goal is to bulk up, your total daily calorie intake will be important, as well as total daily protein intake. At 190lbs, I would aim for between 250g-350g of protein per day (TOTAL protein from food and whey).
I found that healthy, calorie dense foods like Oats seem to be ideal for bulking.Free agent

Yup. You don't need much more in the way of supps, your diet is the key. As mentioned, the Glutamine probably does nothing for you, but there is no harm in finishing what you already have on the small chance that it might have some benefit. Either way it's not worth buying again. High protein, healthy fats like fish and flax oil are good to supp with, but make sure to get the oils because it's almost impossible to get enough from pills. You should post your diet and exercise routine as well.
And to bulk, your going to have to cut down on cardio and accept that you might gain a little fat. Check out the nutrition forum also. Lot's of good tips in there, and your diet will benefit you much more than any supps will.
