I know that tommorow I will have horrible bloating and gas (I am sick right now so I sadly let myself go and ate a bunch of bad **** lol) during school, is there anyway to prevent this? I tokk antacids if that will help digestion...

the other day i ate a large pizza to myself. and im a small guy. 125 lbs. the next day i feel fine. no gas, bloating my body gets used to all the junk i eat i think
