reverse grip extensions have worked well for me.

Am no expert but I use the following which seem to give a good overall workout and nice horseshoe shaped triceps:

    Tricep dips
    Narrow grip bench press
Seated DB tricep extension (seated tricep press)
    Cable pushdowns
Single arm reverse grip cable extension

All can be found here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...Muscle=Triceps

I also found this article which is featured at the moment:

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/liftrite12.htm

    Hope this helps!

V-bar or with rope tricep press downs, Any exercise for triceps with palms facing each other will help in developing the outer head of the triceps.

reverse grip tricep push downs are pretty good
and reverse grip close grip bench press. It's uncomfortable at first but it's a good exercise.

You can but you must be able to balance those heavy DB's when doing Reverse girp bench press. Start with the lighter weight.
