Legionaire's Disease

Hi all. A non-progress report: I got Legionaire's Disease on holiday and I've lost 5 kilos. So I'm in worse shape than when I started bodybuilding, all that hard-earned muscle gone and weak as a kitten.

At least it didn't kill me, so I must be thankful.

That's life sometimes.

Wow! All I can say is that I'm glad you are upright and able to type. You are so right, you could have died.

I imagine your healthy living before catching the big L maybe is a reason you only got a little sick.

I'm feeling so much better today, but having great trouble getting my appetite back. Just shovelled a pile of pasta in, but didn't enjoy it in the least.
