Does/did anyone ever do this? I sure did, and wondered if it was bad. Instead of using less weight and concentrating on using just my shoulders, I decided to just stop this exercise and replace it with the Arnold Press.
How would you guys compare Arnold press w/ dumbells to shoulder press with a barbell?

You know many say that you shouldn't let your chest come up at all during military or DB shoulder presses, does anyone actually follow this? I think if people did we would be doing 30lbs shoulder presses for the rest of our lives, its almost impossible to keep your chest completely rested.

Not saying this is true or not, but one I feel the range of motion is useless, the little extra twist. Second, some people feel that you put your shoulders at risk but doing them since you are moving them through too many plains at one time. As in twisting while pushing.I am not trying to be better than you, just better than myself
