I have been hitting my legs up pretty hard for a while but i know its going to come to a point where i wont fit into my fav jeans anymore(lol). I always wanted a male model type body anyways. I was just wondering what rep range i should stick to if i want to build lean legs?
my current routine consists of
Squats/leg press- 3x8
Leg extension - 3x8
Leg curl- 3x8
Seated calf raise-3x8
