BSN No-Explode?!
Hello!
I have been hearing a lot of positive things about BSN's No-Explode. Have any of you used it? What do you think? Worth the money, good results?! Thinking about buying it today, would LOVE your input first!
Thank you!!!

I used it and had good results, but I haven't used anything else yet. I'm about to start using Controlled Labs White Blood which is also an NO supplement, so within a week or so I should have something to compare NO-Xplode against.
I think it's price makes NO-Xplode a bit of a luxury item, but if money's no object, well then it's a good supplement, it does what it claims to do, and you can't ask much more than that.

My fiance uses that stuff. He gets it at Vitaminworld for pretty cheap when they have sales which is quite often. Either way, he says it helps him "do work" lmao I was thinking about trying it but I was wondering if it makes you retain alot of water since I am water retention queen. I don't want to add anymore to my already water logged hands and feet.

I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now and I love it, it doesn't cause me to retain water at all

I took this right before bed a few times and I actually had a great night's rest...maybe it's because my body is used to caffeine? *shrug*

I've been cycling NO-Xplode on & off for about 6 months now & I love it! It is a bit of a splurge for the price, but it really adds intensity!!
Blue is my favorite flavor so far. Right now I have Fruit Punch .... eh, not wonderful, but I'll be finishing the tub!

Hey!! I started sometime after Christmas, and I take a month or so off between tubs. I see & feel a huge difference in my workouts as soon as I cycle back on.
I take 2 scoops before I lift, but never before cardio sessions. I worked my way up to the 2 scoops - had to start w/ 1/2 of one to build up some tolerance! )

Most of you would be surprised if you tried 1 caffeine pill instead of the NO Xplode. Most of the effect is from the caffeine (which is VERY cheap). Personally, I like Ergopharm AMP or Controlled Labs White Flood. I'd suggest checking out the various recommendations on my website - www.hotnfit.com/supplementation.htm

It's not caffeine for me; I've had my fair share of caffeine pills. Although, when I'm not taking anything, my blood pressure is so low I'm practically dead ... so it could just be the resulting rise in my blood pressure that makes such a difference. NO Xplode doesn't give me the shakes like large amounts of caffeine do though.

I didn't retain water either...in fact..I was peeing more than ever...I felt like a running faucet...I had to drink so much water because I would loose so much water.....it was like a diuretic for me......LOL... (I felt incredible on No-XPLODE......but I was wired and "bounced off walls" throughout the day....haha

Hmmm overall a great product pre-workout. Worth the money I would say so. I have to cycle it because I get "jittery" on it. I prefer a product called "Blast Cycle" for pre workout. A little more milder on my system but I get the same result or "pump" from it. It does cost a little more.
Best wishes.

Did you try it? We rock the house over here on it! Me and about 5 other Cpt's all pitched in and bought enough for a couple of months. About 30 min to an hour later we get pretty crazy. We really enjoy this product before runs or road marches and even missions.
