I dont have time to eat many times a day. 3-4 meals are all I can do, so for a 3000 calorie bulking diet, if Im not getting 750-1000 cal per meal, I dont make the mark.
So what kind of foods have a high caloric value but are still healthy for you and for a bulking diet?

What are some high calorie low fat foods? Protein is not an issue

Oats.
I usually put this in the blender a couple hours before bed:
2 scoops of ON's 100% Whey (240 calories)
2 tbsps of peanut butter (180 calories)
500mL of milk (240 calories)
1 cup oats (~300 calories)\
~960 calories
This helps to make sure I get my alotted calories at the end of the day, just in case of missed some. Might be too much fat for your type though.

fat should be 20-30% of your cals in a bulking diet, 20% or so of that fat should be saturated fat.
