KETO update
well, im 13 days into the KETO (anabolic diet), yesterday was gorge day

today i woke up and i was 225lb!!!
so, my best guess quickly is i rammed in 500+carbs yesterday with say 160 or so from sweets, i felt like puking trying to get 100gms a meal in...WHEW
heres the thing..... yesterday was the first time i had this explosive gas come back !!!!, today im still relieving some pressure...lol.....

Yep, gas and farts and smelly poo are all normal on carbs. Basically, your body is far less efficent at processing carbs than meat, so you'll take longer to digest them and produce more gas in the process.
It's possible you might have over-carbed a bit.

Carb-ups depend a lot on how much lean mass you are carrying. The more muscle, the more carbs you can handle. Your own tolerance for carbs is a factor too. Just play around with the amounts and find what suits you best.

i did switch from DC training to more conventional high volume as i was DC for 11mnths....maybe thats adding some muscle..

Anytime you have stinky farts, this usually means that the food you are eating is not being properly digested. So you have undigested food in your colon, this is one of the downsides of a high carb diet . To help with this issue, try to consume less protein with your high carbohydrate meals. High carbohydrate meals tend to soak up the hydrochloric acid in the stomach, leaving very little to dissolve the protein portion of your meal. So carb-ups should be less protein and more carbs for better digestion.
