<^> Log: An Age to a New Beginning
I will be doing a 30 day run with the Ergo Max LMG (1 bottle).
Week 1-4: LMG 20mg (30 days)
Week 5-6: 6-oxo 600mg, Milk Thistle 600mg
Week 7-8: 6-oxo 400mg, Milk Thistle 600mg
Week 8-9: 6-oxo 200mg, Milk Thistle 600mg
I will be using the following products along with the Lmg as follows:
MRI No2: 8 caps a day- 4 morning, 4 lunch
Leptigen Mass: i will use only one serving a day so it last me 25 days, even tho i would be need to take 5 servings a day for results. i will be taking it along with my breakfast
Uni-Liver: I will be taking 4 pills after my workout on only workout days
High Power CEE: i will be using one scoop in the Leptigen Mass and one prior to workout on workout days
GNC Mega Men: 2 a day, one morning, one at night
Fish Body Oils: 4 caps a day, 2 morning, 2 at night
This is what my daily intake of food is: (I will not be putting the times down because it varies on days)
Breakfast: 3 whole eggs
1 cup of oats/grains to make oatmeal
1 orange
Leptigen Mass+CEE for my drink
Muscle Milk Shake ( I have chocolate, strawberry, blueberry)
Breakfast Snack: 1 Atkins Peanut butter bar
Lunch: chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
cottage cheese w/ fruit (grapes)
Power Lunch: Beans (it’s a mixture I make with all sorts of beans) 1 cup
MRP Shake (either Met-Rx, Stallon Instone Intake, EAS Original)
Instead of MRP a tuna fish sandwich ( I will go 2 days on MRP
then one day tune fish sandwhich)
Post-Workout Shake: ON 100% Whey (2 scoops)
½ Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream
High Power CEE
10oz 2% Milk
Twinlab Glutamine
Post workout Meal: ½ Cup Bean Mixture
1/3 Cup Brown Rice
Dinner: Steak
Yam
Broccoli (or Keal)
After Dinner meal: Cottage Cheese w/ fruits (grapes, oranges, banana)
MHP Probolic-SR Protien shake
Snacks: if I am ever hungry between meals I will eat a MHP Mass Bar or EAS Bar.

Workout Split:
Monday: Chest/ Tris
Tuesday: legs/calfs
Wednesday: Cardio-45 mins/abs
Thursday: Biceps/Shoulders
Friday: Cardio-45 mins/abs
Saturday: Back/abs
Sunday: basketball or raquetball

Good luck bro! Yesterday I finished my first bottle of the LMG and I was more than satisfied with the results. I've still got 5 bottles, but now I'm taking the next 8 weeks off of PH's and in May I'm doing a 1-AD, LMG stack.

New cycle
i was able to order another bottle offline so i will run a 6 week cycle instead:
week 1: 20mg
week 2: 30mg
week 3: 30mg
week 4: 40mg
week 5: 30mg
week 6: 20mg
I will be having the same PCt cycle. I might vary it according to my results during and after the cycle.
I have changed from taking the Leptigen Mass w/ CEE from the morning to the after w/ lunch or snack.
Today i took my first pills and tonight I workout my chest and tris. I will post a workout regime when i have time.

WOW 40mg??? Thats a little high with everything I've read! What if you get good results at 20 will you still go to 30? What if at 30 you get real good resluts will you still go to 40? SwingGuru is having fantastic reults w/ just 20mg at day 17. I guess its up to you and how your bodys reacting to it but if you get good reults at 20 and 30 why go up to 40? Good luck w/ cycle. I bought three bottles myself and will start in a couple months.

Yea u make a solid point. I will go by me reaction and how its working for me. i have 2 bottles and didnt want to over 6 weeks so i tried to fit it in accordingly. i will see as you said and make my decision. thanks for pointing it out to me tho.

Everything looks in good order for this cycle. I'm not running any creatine with my cycle, so I can only imagine how good the pumps will be for you. You are gonna like this product on so many levels. It kicked in for me over the weekend when I started taking it that Friday, so you should feel it fast.

At 20 mg I still have a tendency to cramp up in the muscles. I have the feeling that at 40 mg it would be pretty severe. And I'm drinking a ****load of water.
On another note, keep track of your resting pulse while on cycle. I noticed that mine has dropped into the mid-upper 60s from the usual high 70s. It typically would take a whole lot more cardio than I'm doing to get that kind of result. That kind of a drop in 2 weeks is wierd to say the least.

Just a note - a couple of sites that are still selling the ergomax have the price up to $75!!! I guess all of the positive reviews and the sudden discontinuation caused some major purchasing traffic.

I found 2 sites that sell it for 50.87$ and one for 56$ (thats after shipping and tax). if u want the links send me Pm and ill answer. I would buy fast tho before they are sold out.
I am into my second day of my cycle. I am doing legs today. I feel really good after my chest and tris workout and was able to put up 10-20 lbs more in dumbells even after i did 4-5 sets of bench. My tris i pushed to the limits and got great reuslts.
As for the Leptigen Mass i added into my diet, i would recommend taking it in the afternoon because of the taste. it seems to taste better with chicken and rice then with my breakfast of eggs/oatmeal.

I did my legs and calfs today. they are weak and i feel like i might fall over
I will now do a week by week anylsis. giving u my weight and how much i have loss (hopefully not) and/or gained. I will be posting my exercises and pics of what they are. peace

Leg workout
I usually do 3 sets per workout. Heres my workout for today i did for legs and calfs (pics included):
1. Traditonal Barbell Squat http://www.leehayward.com/pics/squat2.jpg

Man, when do you have time to lift? I thought you were on the big stakeout watching over Mr. Stolte. If you leave to go to the gym you might miss him. Or do you have your special opps team handling it while your gone? Just wondering, do you drive a Ferreri, like Magnum P.I. did???

Usually on my cardio days i take a break on. Like usually sundays and on fridays or maybe even both off on the same week, it depends on my energy lvls.

Please keep this as my Log post. u can post this in my other thread. i want to keep this for LOg questions only and reviews and suggestions.
I will post my traps/back pictures later this week along with ab workout. to see what exercises i do to achieve my results.

Alright. Today is Wednesday March 2 and i have been on Lmg for 3 days. I have been sleeping a lot deeper then usual, i dont know if its the MHP Probolic shake before bed or the Lmg but it feels great.
I did cardio today for 45 mins. I went running on the beach since it was a beautiful day. My calfs are freakin blitzed from the run tho, partly due to the fact that i did legs yesterday. My calfs swelled up big time and felt great. I would recommend running on the beahc for 45 mins, alot better cardio and leg workout then on a treadmill. I also will be running on the beach for my cardio on friday. I will be weighing myself tommorrow and give u the results.

IMHO I wouldn't taper down. I'd taper up if anything. Finish the last week at your heaviest dose, then switch to PCT. Once you're suppressed you're suppressed. Lowering your dosages isn't going to make recovery any faster. Not saying this is suppressive, we don't know for sure because the manufacturer has not told us exactly what is in it, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to assume that it is.
Also, another thing that can happen to you. If you taper up too quick at the beginning and start getting weird sides, you can be tempted to be like "F-this, I'm quitting." Then we don't get to see what happens to you as a guinea pig.
Try this:
Week 1: 20mg
Week 2: 20mg
Week 3: 30mg
Week 4: 30mg
Week 5: 30mg
Week 6: 40mg
It will give you time to decide if you want to go up or not by week 2, then will give you time to evaluate the 30mg before going up to 40mg.
