The below is a quote I was pegged for...
"I've served in the military like many here. My dad and grandfather were both in the Navy and my youngest son is in the Marines. With that said, I also know enough to back up my facts. " Veterans have high rates of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, traumatic brain injury, and sexual assault, all of which increase the risk of homelessness. About half of Veterans experiencing homelessness have serious mental illness..." usich.gov/population/veterans
"New government research shows that female military veterans commit suicide at nearly six times the rate of other women, a startling finding that experts say poses disturbing questions about the backgrounds and experiences of women who serve in the armed forces.
Their suicide rate is so high that it approaches that of male veterans, a finding that surprised researchers because men generally are far more likely than women to commit suicide." June 8 2015 La Times.
My point in all of this is that there is research out there that supports the very real facts that some members are posting about in here. I received a dead mans hand coin from the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology during OEF for the number of autopsies I assisted with while still on active duty. The vast majority of those autopsies I assisted with were suicides or "accidental deaths".... Take that information for what its worth.

I neg welfare queens sorry
I'm sorry if the above quote and being shared ticks you off Stizzel. But the military are not welfare queens. The military do and have suffered PTSD, higher suicide rates, etc. I feel the need to share this here with my fellow military brethren not to whine as you have your right to your opinion Stizzel. Your freedom to voice your opinion is something those that volunteered to serve this country have fought for. Feel free to judge me for posting this slight of yours.

-Weight equal to or below 208 by November 7 Currently 218
-Body Fat Below or equal to 24% by November 7 currently 28%
2. I could use a " Buddy/ partner to discuss the work outs to share to encourage.
