Thanks for all your suggestions. There is a guy in every chain that just wants to make things difficult and that guy just happens to be my boss. Anyway, I think I solved the problem by getting hold of a home gym and 300 lbs of weights. I can do everything that I would normally do in the gym. I have cables and benches, racks and stands. Now I can lift at the house and balance the rest of my day out. Since I lead PT I have the opportunity to fit the section training with my program so I'm not overdoing any one muscle group. Lifting at lunch is out, by the way, due to the diet I'm on. I have to have that time to eat and get any errands run. You sound knowledgeable in the way things work. Send me a private tell and let me know about you.Originally Posted by 1stindoor

It's not a weight, it's a range of motion...go through it or get off the bench!

Fort Huachuca Arizona
My dad is a Koren War veteren and I have full benefits on the base when I visit my folks. I like working out at the gym at the Fort even though it is getting very old but they have equipment I can't find at my fancy Manhattan NYC gym here at home.
Keep up the hard work and be safe,
Thank you for your service
