Active Army, Washington State. Still "cutting my teeth" in the military so to speak, I have only three years in but my goal is to reach CSM before I put my uniform away.

I got 20 years and that's still my goal! The military is easy, the trick is just staying motivated ....and staying out of trouble. Both of which are easier said than done for most people.

Yeah, I learned in my first year by watching others and seeing the "what to do" and the "who you don't want to be" types, that it is very easy to grow professionally if you stay on track.

I'm debating whether I should stay in. Army Reserve component here. next year's my ETS. currently in school as well. I've been thinking about doing four more years and yet there is still a part of me that is also saying end it. I don't know. for now I'm just taking the time to consider things

LOL @ "The Clarinator". I still have a house in Columbia that I rent out to someone. I'm thinking of possibly moving back there after I retire eventually. Loved the weather there and low cost of living.
